Welcome to our Perspective volunteering hub. Perspective encourages all its employees to develop and harness their skills to add value to the many voluntary, community, and sustainability organisations that rely on volunteers to achieve their objectives.
To support this, Perspective allows employees to take up to 2 working days of paid work time per year for community volunteering that is of benefit to their local and global communities.
Perspective have teamed up with OnHand!
OnHand is a super easy-to-use volunteering platform that helps you do good in your local community—whenever it works for you. Whether it’s checking in on an elderly neighbour, helping out with errands, or taking part in eco-friendly projects, OnHand gives you real-time options to get involved. It’s all about making volunteering flexible, fun, and part of your everyday life.

Add your own volunteering
If you are already volunteering in any form, such as making monthly donations, helping as a school governor or supporting your local community, then add your volunteering to the OnHand platform to get recognised on the PFGL leaderboard and earn hero points.

Everyone is entitled to at least 2 days to volunteer in the community.
This can be done in anyway that works for you and many of our offices have active charity committees that organise group volunteer events for you to join. OnHand is a great place to start!
