Book in a team volunteering day with Food For All, a charity that cooks and distributes thousands of hot and nutritious meals every day to people in need. The half day session (8 - 11.30 am) involves the team helping with food prep, labelling and sorting.

Book in a team volunteering day with Calthorpe Community Garden, a green oasis in Kings Cross improving the physical and mental well-being of Camden residents. The team can volunteer for a full or half day and previous volunteer activities have included planting bulbs, painting benches, and building a beautiful wildflower garden!

Bankside Open Spaces Trust (BOST) is an environmental and volunteering charity set up by local residents with the aim of improving people’s health and wellbeing by making where they live and work greener and more beautiful. The Green Hub is BOST's network for groups or individuals with a determination to improve their local area through gardening. The aim of the Green Hub is to empower people to improve their local spaces while boosting the health and wellbeing of local communities.

Charity: Streets Kitchen
Streets Kitchen organises outreaches and street kitchens for those experiencing homelessness, working in partnership with other organisations and groups across the UK and beyond. They have AM and PM shifts availiable throughout the week.

We have almost 90 charity shops across the UK that are run with volunteers. As a volunteer you can help to create eye-catching window displays and even give up-cycling a go. Volunteering in our shops is easy and flexible. Most shops just ask you to do a regular few hours per week. Your availability is something we will discuss once you've applied.

Pet Care for The Cinnamon Trust

Charity: The Cinnamon Trust
The Cinnamon Trust is a charity for the elderly, the terminally ill and their pets. They are always looking for short-term dog walkers and fosterers across the whole of the UK who would be prepared to look after a pet when their owner is in hospital. If you would like to become a fosterer, please register as a volunteer.
Community Connector for Carers UK
Task Type: Support Causes Remotely
Charity: Carers UK
Carers UK is the leading national charity for unpaid carers. We support, advocate for, champion and connect carers across the UK, so that no one has to care alone. As a volunteer, we will help you to use your skills to help carers get the support and guidance they need. A Community Connector helps Carers UK connect with carers and promote awareness of caring by distributing publicity material – such as leaflets and posters – within local communities.
