Team volunteering day with East Anglia’s Children Hopsice
Task Type: Team Mission
Charity: East Anglia’s Children Hopsice
Book in a team day with East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH), a hospice that provides comprehensive, lifelong care for babies, children, and young people with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions, as well as support for their families, across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk, and Suffolk. The team can support one of their many retail hubs by helping to sort donations, helping customers and helping around the shop.
Team volunteering day with Essex & Herts Air Ambulance
Task Type: Team Mission
Charity: Essex & Herts Air Ambulance
Book in a team day with Essex & Herts Air Ambulance. The team can be supporting their Stevenage Donation Centre, helping to sort through clothing donations, support the e-commerce team and understanding their retail operation.
Hands-On Conservation Volunteer for Epping Forest Heritage Trust
Task Type: Community Garderning
Charity: Epping Forest Heritage Trust
Epping Forest Heritage Trust regularly hosts volunteering sessions in Epping Forest, which involve using hand-tools to carry out practical habitat management work to improve the biodiversity of the Forest. Duties may include clearing excessive growth of certain plant species, restoring grassland, pollarding trees, etc. Sessions will be led by a Epping Forest Heritage Trust Conservation Officer, tools and training will be provided, so no previous experience is needed.

Share you own career journey along with any curveballs along the way, share top tips with young people for moving from the world of education into the world of work, share employer expectations, provide an insight into the variety of roles available in the sector the volunteer works in, be willing to answer questions posed by the young people.
Moving Forward Volunteer
Task Type: Group Club Support
Charity: Breast Cancer Now
Our Moving Forward services and information are for anyone living with and beyond breast cancer, helping them approach life after treatment with increased confidence. Our Moving Forward courses usually take place over two consecutive weeks and are delivered by a Moving Forward Facilitator, in partnership with NHS hospitals and are supported by on-demand online resources.
Retail Support for Mencap's Charity Shop
Task Type: Retail Support
Charity: Mencap
The Royal Mencap Society is a charity based in the UK that works with people with learning disabilities. We're looking for volunteers for our shops who are as passionate about supporting people with a learning disability as we are. In return you will develop new skills, gain experience, and make new friends.
Donate Blood (England)
Task Type: Blood Donation
Charity: Give Blood

Dog Walking for Spirit of the Dog Rescue
Task Type: Supporting Animals
Charity: Spirit of the Dog Rescue
Spirit of the Dog Rescue's goal is to help rehome last-chance dogs around Essex through rehabilitation. The dogs need people to walk them and play with them, following instructions and guidance from the training team during each visit. For those who would like to progress upwards through the ‘hands-on’ animal care roles, there will be lots of opportunities to learn new skills whilst at the kennels and accompanying the dogs on days out and socialisation trips.
Community Connector for Carers UK
Task Type: Support Causes Remotely
Charity: Carers UK
Carers UK is the leading national charity for unpaid carers. We support, advocate for, champion and connect carers across the UK, so that no one has to care alone. As a volunteer, we will help you to use your skills to help carers get the support and guidance they need. A Community Connector helps Carers UK connect with carers and promote awareness of caring by distributing publicity material – such as leaflets and posters – within local communities.
