Community Connector for Carers UK
Task Type: Support Causes Remotely
Charity: Carers UK
Carers UK is the leading national charity for unpaid carers. We support, advocate for, champion and connect carers across the UK, so that no one has to care alone. As a volunteer, we will help you to use your skills to help carers get the support and guidance they need. A Community Connector helps Carers UK connect with carers and promote awareness of caring by distributing publicity material – such as leaflets and posters – within local communities.

Task Type: Blood Donation
Charity: Give Blood
Giving blood is simple and it saves lives. When you give blood, it is collected so it can be used to treat someone else. Before you give blood:- Check you are able to give blood: https://www.blood.co.uk/who-can-give-blood/ You can also accept this mission and complete it every time you donate!
Office volunteer for St Vincent’s Furniture Project
Task Type: Skills-based
Charity: St Vincent’s Furniture Project
St Vincent's Furniture Project is looking for volunteers to help support the office team. The role includes answering the office phones, booking collections of furniture over the phone and via email and contacting clients regarding their deliveries. Customer service and office administration experience is welcome but not essential. Training will be provided.

Activities Volunteer for Methodist Homes

Charity: Methodist Homes (MHA)
MHA is the largest charity care provider for older people in the UK. Do you have a talent or a hobby that you would like to share with older people? Do you want to make a difference in the lives of older people in your community? If so, you might be interested in becoming an activities volunteer for MHA. As an activities volunteer, you will help us provide a variety of events and activities for older people in our care homes, retirement living, and community groups.
Fresh Volunteer for The Welcome Centre
Task Type: Sorting Donations
Charity: The Welcome Centre
The Welcome Centre is the largest independent food bank in the UK. Fresh volunteers are responsible for retrieving packs for collection when clients arrive in the building and adding fresh items ready for the pack to be handed over to the client. Additionally, fresh volunteers are responsible for sorting and decanting fresh produce.
Pet Care for The Cinnamon Trust
Task Type: Supporting Animals
Charity: The Cinnamon Trust
The Cinnamon Trust is a charity for the elderly, the terminally ill and their pets. They are always looking for short-term dog walkers and fosterers across the whole of the UK who would be prepared to look after a pet when their owner is in hospital. If you would like to become a fosterer, please register as a volunteer.
Team Day with Harrogate Easier Living Project
Task Type: Team Mission
Charity: Harrogate Easier Living Project
Book in a team volunteering day with the Harrogate Easier Living Project, an organisation that supports anyone with conditions related to health or old age which prevents them from doing things they want/need to. The team will be supporting in their gardens with weeding, tidying up, and other general gardening tasks. The gardens are all within the Harrogate district.
Team Day with Yorkshire Wildlife Trust

Charity: Yorkshire Wildlife Trust
Book in a team volunteering day with the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, the only charity entirely dedicated to conserving, protecting and restoring wildlife and wild places in Yorkshire. Whether your group want a full day or half day, a day at the beach or a day in the woods, to build fences or help take care of our livestock we have something to suit everyone as long as you’re willing to get stuck in and enjoy the great outdoors.
Team Day with Heeley Trust
Task Type: Team Mission
Charity: Heeley Trust
Book in a team volunteering day with the Heeley Trust, a community-led anchor organisation, working hard to improve the environment, opportunities and prospects of our neighbourhood.Willing volunteers essentially become volunteer park rangers for the day! Our team will provide PPE, equipment, and full training.
