2025 Impact Awards Celebrating Excellence in CSR, Volunteering, and Sustainability launched by OnHand
OnHand, the leading impact platform for corporate volunteering and sustainability, is launching the inaugural OnHand Impact Awards 2025. Designed to spotlight the most forward-thinking and impactful businesses in corporate social responsibility (CSR), the awards will recognise companies and individuals making significant contributions across volunteering, DEI, and sustainability initiatives.
With organisations increasingly prioritising social impact, the OnHand Impact Awards provide an opportunity to celebrate companies excelling in employee engagement, community contributions, and sustainable action. The awards include 11 categories and are open to entrants globally, covering key CSR areas, from Volunteering Excellence to Best DEI Engagement Initiative and Sustainability Champion.

Best Community Impact Award – Honouring a standout volunteering project with measurable community benefits.
Rising Volunteering Leader Award – Celebrating companies that have significantly grown their volunteer engagement.
Best First-Year Impact Award – Recognising businesses making a significant CSR impact within their first year using OnHand.
Best DEI Engagement Initiative Award – Showcasing impactful, employee-led DEI programmes that foster inclusivity.
Sustainability Champion Award – Highlighting companies with outstanding environmental action and CO2e reductions.
Most Innovative Sustainability Initiative – Recognising creative leadership in sustainable practices.
Impact Leader of the Year Award – The highest honour for companies excelling across volunteering, DEI, and sustainability.
Best Employee Engagement Strategy Award – Showcasing exceptional strategies for inspiring employee participation in CSR.
OnHand Volunteer of the Year – Recognising the top 50 individual volunteers making a difference through OnHand.
OnHand Sustainability Star of the Year – Celebrating the top 50 individuals achieving the most significant CO2e reductions via OnHand.
The OnHand Impact Awards are open to businesses of all sizes—SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise-level companies—who are committed to making a difference. Winners will be selected based on clear, measurable impact, innovation, and long-term commitment to CSR values.
