Yes! The OnHand platform is available globally with opportunities to do good for your employees wherever they might be based.

To volunteer in person with vulnerable, elderly or young people a DBS check is required. This can be completed through the OnHand platform and is included in your employee subscription.

Absolutely! The OnHand platform uses location matching to showcase opportunities available in different areas so all your team can find opportunities to do good.

As soon as you’ve signed, our team will be in touch to set up your organizational dashboard and the steps to onboard. We will walk you through the steps to promote to your team and set up your dashboard.

We have a range of free team missions to pick from on the platform. We can also help organise other charity team days with an add-on fee to your package.

Yes! We recommend setting up teams so you can easily see your volunteering and sustainability champions. This also can be used to encourage engagement through competitions.

Yes! We have lots of ways to get involved in doing good both in person and remotely. We encourage your employees to add grassroot charities and other volunteering opportunities to the platform so we can get more people doing good.

Absolutely! If your organisation has already partnered with a charity we can add this to the platform and ring-fence it for your own employees to see. They are also encouraged to add any volunteering that they are already doing to the app.

Your team will get rewarded with trees being planted based on the activities they complete. For every member who signs-up we will plant a tree and then also plant additional trees for every 10 actions they take.
