Introducing your team photos

We all know a picture’s worth a thousand words. Now, when your company tells its positive impact story, you can head over to your OnHand dashboard to download the photos you need to paint the perfect picture.

Get the down-low with our nifty new promo vid. Sure, a picture’s worth a thousand words, but a video’s worth a thousand more.

Just head to the OnHand dashboard and find all your pics in the ‘Admin’ tab, where they’ll be available under ‘Highlights’. You can even filter by date, team, task type, and so much more, so you can find exactly what you need.

Now, how you use your pics is up to you. If you’re a little stuck, though, here’s some suggestions.

Highlight Reel

Why not create a monthly highlight reel to hype up your team Heroes? Watching other people doing good makes us feel good, and there’s no better encouragement than watching your colleagues making a difference.

CO2e Commotion

With our eco missions and pledges, it’s so easy to cause a CO2e commotion. You can filter your organisation’s photos by task type, so take a look at those eco snaps and see who’s CO2e champion of the month!

Shout Out Success

We reckon winning feels pretty good. In fact, it should be shouted from the rooftops. Next time you’re giving kudos to your colleagues’ do-good deeds, make sure you’re grabbing those snaps to appropriately show off. Whether it’s on social media, in your internal comms, or on your dedicated do-good Slack or Teams channels, these pics tell a great story!

Why does this matter?

Feeling good about your team’s do-good isn’t the only benefit to sharing selfies. By presenting photos that prove your team’s engagement and enthusiasm for social and eco impact, you’re improving your organisation and brand reputation.

Potential employees are increasingly looking for organisations to prove their commitment to making the world a better place. Where better to obtain this information, than by witnessing the employees of said organisation all taking part in an eco clean, or creating get-well-soon cards for children in hospital, or even just pledging to reduce CO2e around their homes?

Sharing snaps from your team not only ensures you’ll retain your top talent, but you’re also far more likely to attract new talent by showing off your impact, especially when it’s people-facing.
