Do More Miles - World Cup Edition

Move more this May with Do More Miles – our virtual charity fitness and wellbeing challenge – as we tour the world’s World Cup locations together!
We’re setting off on a global journey inspired by the upcoming World Cup, and every kilometre logged moves us further along the route. Choose your challenge distance then walk, run, cycle or wheel your way throughout May to complete it and earn a Do More Together medal. We’ve also built in optional fundraising to make it easy for you to support a local cause and help us do more for our communities.

The Tour de France is returning to British soil in 2027, for the first time in The Tour 21 history, the team of amateur riders will begin their 3,500km journey on UK roads, taking on the full professional route just one week ahead of the professionals." Would you like to help save lives? You can sign-up to donate blood and support the work of the Red Cross of Serbia. Colleagues do not need to sign-up in advance, simply come to the location at the scheduled time.
Packing food for the Soup Kitchen
Where: Red Cross warehouse – Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš

Charity: Red Cross of Serbia
Volunteering is planned on a weekly basis in coordination with the Red Cross organization. We started on March 12 and plan to remain active over the next four months.

Food collection for abandoned animals
Where: MaxBet offices in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš, and retail shops across Serbia

Charity: Nikola Animal Shelter
Employees are encouraged to bring food donations for abandoned animals to a designated location at each central office and retail stores. The collected donations will then be centralized and delivered to the animal shelter.
Donate second-hand or new clothing for socially vulnerable individuals
Where: MaxBet Offices in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš, as well as retail shops across Serbia.
When: 20/04/26
Charity: DrumoDom
Designated collection boxes will be placed in each central office and retail shop, where employees can bring their second-hand (clean and well-preserved) or new clothing for donation to socially vulnerable individuals. The collected items will be centralized and subsequently delivered as a complete shipment of all donated clothing.

ORCA is a civil society organization that helps people in Serbia and the Western Balkans to care for nature and animal welfare in order to achieve personal, economic and social development.
Volunteer with Purrmačka Cat Rescue

Charity: Purrmačka Cat Rescue
A charity project to help homeless cats and a cat coworking space in Belgrade. We are a team of volunteers actively rescuing sick and injured animals.
Fundraise for Pico's Pack Dog Rescue
Where: Belgrade, Serbia, Serbia
Charity: Pico's Pack Dog Rescue
Pico's Pack is a volunteer partnership between Serbia and the U.K. working to care for the abandoned and abused street dogs of Belgrade. These dogs live by busy roads, on residential streets, in carparks, warehouses and even on wasteland. There are currently around 130 dogs being looked after by Mira and her team Gile and Nikola at the Sanctuary. Here, they are housed in secure land where they are given food, shelter, medical care and lots of love.
Volunteer with PASHA Adoptions & Rehabilitation Center

Charity: PASHA Adoption & Rehabilitation Center
Pasha Adoption and Rehabilitation Center in Belgrade, Serbia, is a non-profit animal rescue established in February 2022. Our mission is to facilitate the rehabilitation and adoption of special-need animals and provide palliative care for the critically ill ones that would otherwise struggle in a shelter environment.
Volunteer for APRCE
Where: 43 Borivoja Stevanovica St. 11000 Belgrade, Serbia
Charity: APRCE (Association for Pet Rescue)
Our priority job is to help abandoned or in many cases injured stray animals to rehabilitate and find them an adoptive family. If possible, we get them off the street by putting them in foster care or a pet boarding house. If necessary, after regular treatment, we provide vet care and at the and finally we put them for an adoption. Other than that, we organize charity events, socially support and promote animal welfare, make mini commercial projects and fund raising for our dogs and cats.
