Every Day is a Do More Day!
At Flutter, we are committed to giving back to the communities and causes where we live, work and play. Under our Do More pillar, our ambition is to reach 10 million people through our community efforts, by the end of 2030.
We are encouraging colleagues all year round to give back and make a difference wherever they are in the world.
There’s no single way to take part. Individually or in a group. One hour or one day. Try something new or something you’re already doing — it all counts. With the support of your Do More Leads, local champions and our global volunteering partner, you can:
• Volunteer or fundraise in your local community
• Build a Power Hour of volunteering into a team meeting or town hall
• Organise a team or office activity
• Take on a personal charity challenge
Did you know that every Flutter colleague gets at least two paid volunteering days a year? We are encouraging everyone to step away from their desks and use their volunteering days in 2026.

This year, OnHand has a new process to support groups arrange a volunteering day in person or remotely. Simply click on the link below, nominate one person in your group to complete the form and On Hand will get in touch.
