We are delighted to support your group and team volunteering by offering a free service to help source and organise your volunteer events. We know things can change, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible — but we also want to respect the time and effort charities put into making your experience meaningful.

If a confirmed event is cancelled with less than two weeks’ notice, we’ll ask for a donation to the charity involved. This helps cover their planning costs as well as any equipment they’ve had to purchase and it ensures your impact is still felt. You’ll be asked to provide a cost code and confirm acceptance of these terms when your event is booked.
