Below you will find lots of opportunities organized by some dedicated Do More champions and by our global volunteer partner, OnHand.

Flutter International Book Donation & Fair!

Hey everyone! We're excited to invite you to take part in our Book Donation Fair to celebrate the upcoming Day of Bulgarian Alphabet, Bulgarian Enlightenment and Culture! Donation Dates: 20–28 May. (No key needed and no restrictions for the books being donated)
Bring your used and loved books to donate — and help us create a treasure trove for all book lovers! Come by, explore the books donated by your colleagues, and take home your next favorite read! Blood Donation Drive

Head down to the National center for Transfusion Hematology and help to save lives by donating blood.
Tree Planting Volunteer Day
Date: 14th June (this Saturday(

Where: Sofia Region (TBC)
Charity: FRGI
Join us to support charity FRGI, by spending the day planting trees! Transportation will be included alongside tree seedlings, equipment as well as food and water for volunteers.
We have already sent out comms and registration form and we’ve gathered the participants so we don’t expect anyone to join via OnHand. You can just update that if anyone wants to join late they can reach us at charitybg@flutterint.com
Virtual/Remote Opportunity
The Million Step Tour
Date: 28 June - 20 July
Where: Wherever you are in the world!
Charity: Cure Leukaemia
Show your support for the riders of The Tour 21 by joining this year’s virtual challenge – The Million Step Tour.
Create your team (max. 5 people from anywhere in the world) and commit to walk as a team, 1,000,000 steps over three weeks. You don’t have to just walk, running and cycling are also allowed. You will be able to see your team progress across the Tour de France route and track yourself against other teams from across Flutter. And no challenge is the same without prizes, so sign up today and take on The Million Step Tour!
Ambassador for the BG Food Bank
Charity: BG Food Bank
BHB rescues excess, usable food (from Food Industry Donors) that would otherwise be destroyed. They're then supplied to the logistics warehouse of the Bulgarian Food Bank. The packages are distributed through a network of partner organisations across the country, in support of food programs and services that provide nutritious food to tens of thousands of people in need. If the topics related to the waste of suitable food and the fight against hunger excite you, tell the BG Food Bank story to more people. Write about the BG Food Bank, or tell friends about their work. With volunteer help, the food is sorted and food packages are prepared.
Become a translator for PQF Bulgaria

Charity: Paint and Quarter Horse Bulgaria
The purpose of Paint and Quarter Horse Foundation Bulgaria is to provide high-quality therapeutic riding for children and adults with disabilities. This volunteer opportunity involves translating the foundation's website, social media posts, newsletters, and blog posts into various languages to increase global awareness and share their values. The role is flexible, allowing for both short-term and long-term commitments, and can be completed remotely, making it suitable for anyone with language skills who wants to contribute on their own schedule.
Donate food to the Bulgarian Red Cross

Charity: Bulgarian Red Cross
The Bulgarian Red Cross provides humanitarian aid, disaster relief, and health and social services to vulnerable populations in Bulgaria. It focuses on promoting human dignity, solidarity, and volunteerism while addressing critical issues such as poverty, emergencies, and community health. The food banks, built by the Bulgarian Red Cross, are a reliable mechanism for attracting local businesses and the public, who donate food products and funds.
Community Gardening with Food Not Bombs Sofia
Where: Bulgaria
Charity: Food Not Bombs Sofia
Food Not Bombs is a loose-knit group of independent collectives that share free, usually vegan and vegetarian food with others. The Sofia Chapter maintain a solidarity club and a communal garden where they interact with vulnerable people on Sundays, making and sharing vegan food and clothes, as well as offering access to free showers.
