Cards for Bravery is an organisation dedicated to brightening the days of hospitalised and seriously ill children through the distribution of handmade cards. This makes a huge difference to these children through their toughest and isolating times. Create a card with a message of hope today. When you accept this action, please follow the link to the guidelines and where you'll need to send the card (or cards) when you're done.
Lend Your Sight with Be My Eyes

Charity: Be My Eyes
Be My Eyes is a free mobile app with one main goal: to make the world more accessible for blind and low-vision people. The app connects blind and low-vision individuals with sighted volunteers and companies from all over the world through a live video call. You could help with anything from reading a letter, distinguishing colours, or navigating new surroundings.
Solo Eco Clean
Task Type: Eco Cleanup
An eco cleanup is an easy way to make a difference in your local community. Choose an area where you can make a big impact and spend an hour or two (or longer!) collecting litter. Please to dispose of the litter into a bin/somewhere you know it will be collected.

Write a letter to an elder

Charity: Love for your Elders
Everyone deserves a mailbox full of love letters, and Love For Your Elders are on a mission to make that happen– they've sent 500,000 letters of love around the world. So take a few minutes, sit down, and write a letter. Tell them about yourself, maybe share a joke or a riddle and let them know that they are loved. When you accept this mission a link below will appear which will show you the letter requests for that month. They have guidelines on what the letter should and shouldn't include.

Mews Remote Team Event: Hackathon for FEAST With Us (10th Dec)
Task Type: Group Mission
Charity: FEAST with Us
FEAST exists to improve the nutrition, health and wellbeing of people at risk of food insecurity in London. They are looking for 5 volunteers to join a virtual session to help with website review, user data review and go-forward recommendations. The charity has lots of user data, but no resources to understand and action. The session will include site review, UX and design recommendations.
Mews Remote Team Event: Hackathon for Voice of Hope (10th Dec)
Task Type: Group Mission
The Voices of Hope Brite Box project aims to support families facing food insecurity with nutritious recipe meal kits, cooking skills, and family together around meals-children focus. They are looking for 5 volunteers to join a virtual session to help with website enhancements, including UX and design for the addition of a recipe section, complete with registration, log-in's and ability to save or favourite recipes to easily find later.
