Breakfast Homeless Shelter Volunteer

Shelter From The Storm is a UK registered charity which provides hot meals and a warm bed to homeless people. They are always looking for new volunteers to help them keep doing the amazing things they do. They are looking for breakfast volunteers to help out with serving breakfast between 6.30 - 8.30 am.
Painting & decorating for SCRUM Theatre

Charity: SCRUM Theatre
SCRUM Theatre (a theatre and education charity) take over empty commercial spaces in London and turn them into community training hubs for emerging makers. They've just obtained a meanwhile lease on an old archive building in Hammersmith. Help transform an empty building into a humming new arts centre for emerging theatre makers. SCRUM Theatre needs enthusiastic painters and decorators to turn an old archive into a creative home.
Food Prep for Commonside Community Development Trust

Charity: Commonside Community Development Trust
The Commonside Trust is working to improve the lives and environment of people living in Merton. It does this by managing a community centre, running community events and a number of community development programmes. Help prepare, serve, and clear meals for up to 30 older people on weekdays from 9.30 am to 2 pm. You can do one day or five days, regular or one-off, starting at 9.30 am or 11 am – we are very flexible and always grateful.
Retail Support for Little Lives UK

Little Lives UK supports disadvantaged children through free mental health care, tech donations, and eco-friendly programs. They are always looking for volunteers to help in one of their charity shops, which are open seven days a week from 10 am - 6 pm, and on Sundays from 11 am - 5 pm They are generally flexible with volunteering commitments, so you can book in for hours that suit your availability.
Facilitating Drop-Off Points for Food Bank Aid

Charity: Food Bank Aid
Food Bank Aid ensure that over 20,000 people each week - including 5,000 children - have access to culturally relevant and nutritious food, by distributing donated and purchased food, toiletries, and household goods to their network of 32 food banks based on the exact products they need each week. Their community-based volunteers play a vital role in their operations.
Mews Team Event: Age UK Stones End Centre (15th Dec)

The Stones End Day Centre provides a day care service for older people living in Southwark, supporting people with dementia and vulnerable people. The Mews team have been invited along to help out for the day. The main duties include socialising and supporting any activities we run, which can include: arts & crafts, bingo, seated exercise, and singing.

Write a letter to an elder

Charity: Love for your Elders
Everyone deserves a mailbox full of love letters, and Love For Your Elders are on a mission to make that happen– they've sent 500,000 letters of love around the world. So take a few minutes, sit down, and write a letter. Tell them about yourself, maybe share a joke or a riddle and let them know that they are loved. When you accept this mission a link below will appear which will show you the letter requests for that month. They have guidelines on what the letter should and shouldn't include.
Donate Your Coat To Wrap Up

After you accept this mission you'll be able to search for your local Food Bank and find out which items they are in need of and where to make a food donation.
