PAWS is able to extend our hands to so many pets in need because of the tireless effort and dedication of our volunteers. There is always SO much to be done - whether it is snuggling a shy kitten, walking a dog, fundraising or doing those dirty jobs like laundry and cleaning kennels. Filling in the Blanks
Task Type: Community Support
Filling in the Blanks fights childhood hunger by providing children in need with meals. Our meal and pantry programs run on approximately 300 volunteer hours per week! Join the amazing group of friends and neighbors who help pack meal bags and assist delivery operations each and every week so we can continue to serve our community.
Family & Children's Agency

Family & Children's Agency works with more than 500 volunteers each year who generously donate their time in support of our mission to building better lives for families in Fairfield County.Our dedicated volunteers are diverse men and women who are in all stages of life. If you are interested in one-time volunteer opportunities for your corporation or family, or if you are looking to volunteer long-term based on your interests or passion, we offer a variety of ways for you to become involved and make a difference in our community. YBI is committed to empowering underprivileged youth with workforce readiness & business development skills for community development.Join the Youth Business Initiative as a Community Development Volunteer to help empower underprivileged youth with essential workforce readiness and business development skills. Volunteers will work with high school students to foster their interest in economics and entrepreneurship, facilitating workshops and mentoring sessions. Accept this mission find out more!
