If a confirmed event is cancelled with less than two weeks’ notice, we’ll ask for a donation to the charity involved. This helps cover their planning costs as well as any equipment they’ve had to purchase and it ensures your impact is still felt. You’ll be asked to provide a cost code and confirm acceptance of these terms when your event is booked.
